The theme of this year’s conference, “Inclusive Career Development in a Time of Global Transformation,” focused on how to build more inclusive career development systems in response to globalization, rapid technological advancement, shifts in social structures, and increasingly diverse cultural contexts. The conference addressed the varied career development needs of individuals of different ages, abilities, cultural backgrounds, and social circumstances.
The conference brought together over 300 scholars and practitioners in career development, education, and related professional fields from across the Asia-Pacific region, as well as from Australia, Canada, and the United States. Through keynote speeches, panel discussions, and networking activities, participants shared the latest research findings and practical experiences, fostering international professional dialogue and collaboration.
