The Economic Asian Convention(EAC) successfully concluded in Tokyo on April 30. Our school was represented by a cross-campus team including Ezra Choi, Issac Choi, Cristiano Alves and Candy Ng (Coloane Campus) and Sophia Siw (Costa Campus)- led by Ms Christy and earned multiple awards, bringing great distinction to the school.
During the intensive week-long event, students completed economics assessments and two business proposals presentations. One proposal required completion within 48 hours following a Tokyo field study, rigorously testing the team’s analysis, planning, and collaboration under high pressure. Additionally, our Director Chan Pong Lei was also invited to serve as one of the judges for the competition, underscoring the organizers’ high regard for the professional expertise of our faculty.
Competing against senior students from across Asia, our team demonstrated exceptional business logic and adaptability. This competition not only allowed students to experience in the fast paced environment of international business, but building connections with elite students across the region and enhancing professional communication.
