Dr. Kou holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) and a Master’s degree in Education (MEd). With 40 years of experience in the field of education, he was appointed Principal of Pui Ching Middle School since 2007. Dr. Kou is currently responsible for overseeing both Pui Ching Middle School and Pui Ching Middle School (Coloane Campus).
Vice-Principal Kuok has been engaged in education for over forty years. Since 2009, he started promoting e-learning within the school. In 2016, under his guidance, students were honoured with the gold award in the International Outstanding e-Learning Awards (2015-16, International School Category). In 2015, he was recognised as one of the Top Ten Excellent Principals.
Dr. Chan holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Education (PhD), a Master's degree in Education (MEd), and a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. He is the first graduate from the Doctor of Philosophy Program of Education at the University of Macau. Dr. Chan is currently working as a Vice Principal at Pui Ching Middle School.
Dr. Ieong holds a Doctorate in Education and a Master's degree in Chinese Literature. She has served as a secondary school teacher, as well as a junior high school moral education director and an academic affairs director. Dr. Ieong received the Fifth Ming Yuan Education Award (Practice category) in 2021 and was the first recipient of the award among the regions of Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. With 26 years of experience in the field of education, she is currently working as a Vice Principal at Pui Ching Middle School (Coloane Campus).
Director Choi Lik Hang, a 1999 Pui Ching alumnus, holds a Master’s in Counseling and Psychotherapy from the University of Saint Joseph, a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Kansas, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education. A licensed Global Career Development Facilitator, he directs the Counseling Office, managing school co-curricular activities, guiding student academic and career planning, and serving as the Exam Officer for Pearson Edexcel and Cambridge Entrance Examinations.
Ms. Cheang Ka Lai earned a dual bachelor's in English and Psychology with an Outstanding Graduate Award, studied in the US and Australia, and received a scholarship for a Master's in Teaching and Learning Studies. She is Vice Chairman of the Macau Speakers Association, a Cambridge speaking examiner, and part of Macau’s Integrity Education Advisory Group. She leads worship and a cell group at Mei Keng Church and won an 'Outstanding Judge' award for her judging and training roles.
Director Lei Chan Pong, a Pui Ching Middle School alumnus, holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Statistics from UC Berkeley and a Postgraduate Certificate in Secondary Education. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Texas at Austin, he is a certified youth AI activity coach and judge by the Chinese Association of Automation and Chinese Institute of Electronics. Proficient in Scratch, Python, and C++, he guides students in the Advanced High School Mathematics AI class.
