Admissions Exam

For the 2025/26 academic year, K1 registration opens from January 5 to January 16, 2025, with interview notifications sent via SMS between February 21 and February 24. K2, K3, and P1-P4 first-round registration is March 1-2, 2025, followed by a second round from March 17 to May 17, 2025. S1 applicants register on March 1, 2025 (00:00-16:00), with a second round from March 17 to May 17, 2025—don’t miss these deadlines!

  • Kindergarten 1 (K1): For children aged 3
  • Primary 1: For children aged 6
  • Additional Grades: Includes K2, K3, Primary 2 to Primary 5, Secondary 1 and Secondary 2 for students demonstrating good conduct and academic performance at previous schools.

Registration Guidelines
  • Accepted applicants must provide valid identification documents, residence or stay permits, graduation certificates, and any other required documentation for enrollment. Failure to register within the designated period will result in forfeiture of enrollment and any fees paid.
  • As a private institution, all students are required to pay tuition and associated fees. Students holding valid resident identity cards may qualify for government subsidies for tuition and educational supplies.

Tuition Fees
Tuition fees are subject to adjustment annually and may vary by grade level. Eligible Macau resident students may qualify for government subsidies to help offset tuition costs.
Scholarships
The school offers scholarships to reward students who demonstrate outstanding academic achievements at the end of each academic year.
Financial Aid
Students from low-income families are encouraged to apply for government subsidies, as well as additional assistance offered by the school for eligible candidates.
Optional Fee-based
Services
The school provides optional services, including enrichment programs and limited school bus services, to enrich the educational experience for our students. Availability may vary based on demand.

E-Learning

Learn Anytime, Anywhere

Pui Ching Middle School employs e-learning methods across all grade levels. Families are required to provide compatible tablet computers or laptops for students starting in Grade 2. Parents are also responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of these devices.
